Analysers in use: Reflotron, Erba xl200 chemistry analyser, Erba XL 180 chemistry analyser, Erba pro lyte plus, Erba EC 90, Erba H560, Ichroma II analyser, Finecare immunoassay Analyzer, Erba Laura Smart Urine Analyser, Mindray Haematology Analyzer, Bactec FX40, Biosafety level II Cabinet, Erba ECL 105 - I currently Ensure the organization meets the RIQAS 80% cut off for its EQA in order to improve trust of our clients/general public . Ensure that safety of team members within are kept paramount as a member of the safety committee so as to improve working conditions for team members. Ensure proper stock management by properly documenting usage of materials and ensuring timely restock of out of stock materials. Ensure meetings are held to determine root cause for clients complaints and failure of structures within the system and this has improved customer satisfaction by 15%. Ensure proper documentation of temperature log of both the laboratory and refrigerator which helped the organization know when to conduct comprehensive maintenance. Will be implementing Laboratory information system with the assistance of other team members to improve efficiency of the Laboratory.--
