Planning, Executing, reporting on Pre-Delivery Inspection for New Inbound vehicles, Stock vehicles and Outbound vehicles with End-to-End tracking. • Leading a team of 20 Static and Dynamic inspectors/Shift into timely executing of PDI Activities for billed Vehicles. • Ensuring proper condition of vehicles when dispatched from plant to port through Third party inspectors. • Continually developing and improving processes to ensure proper Quality control and applicable PDI inspections to Export and Domestic markets. • Reporting issues identified during PDI to management on timely basis with proper usage of Quality tools along with root cause identification, Problem solving and trend analysis. • Working with Multiple stake holder teams including R&D, Production, and other relevant stake holders to address the issues with proper Issue resolution. • Preparing and maintaining vehicle status which includes Inspection details, Issue details and Rework details for Stock vehicles. • Coordinating with Marketing, Sales, and Customer service teams to incorporate their requirements into PDI processes. • Inspecting of vehicles based on the destination country requirement to ensure no Non-Compliance vehicles is passed on to the market. • Establishing counter measures for issues reported from Field and Customer complaints (0 Km and 3 MIS) through proper Forums. • Supervising Retrofitment and Campaign requirements for vehicles before delivery. Execution of New project vehicle’s online/offline inspection activities during pilot build. • New model issue resolution to improve Vehicle maturity level. • Ensuring document readiness like PFMEA & control plan before SOP. • Execution of Vehicle flashing activity whenever required. • Troubleshooting issues in vehicle using Onboard Diagnostics Tool (OBD) software. • Preparation of Major repair and rework procedures document. • Preparation of e-way bill documents & Performing Vehicle testing (High speed testing) @GARC and evaluate test reports. • Coordination of all Internal and External Audits.--
