As a head of stock and logistics at SellerSoar, Blueparrot and Limewise, I was an I am responsible for: -Supplier's research in China (Alibaba) and Colombia and requesting product samples. -Create FBAorders for suppliers in China,the US, Canada,Poland and the UK, and contact Freight forwarders to deliver to Amazon's warehouses. -Monitor KPI's ( Inventory performance index, restock and storage limits in sellercentral Amazon).
Key accomplishments: -Assumed full responsibility for leading supply chain planning for five clients in North America, Europe, and the UK. -Implemented Master Production Schedules (MPS) for all the clients, which resulted in a 59% improvement in forecast accuracy. -Managed a third-party logistics partner (Postplan in London, the UK ) as strategic stakeholder for the supply chain between Poland and the UK.--

- I recovered 67000 USD on inventory in Europe, working on inventory accuracy and control. -Incorporation of new Europe suppliers near to Amazon, during pandemic. -Strategically partnered with the supplier Ninestar in Holland during the pandemic in order to reduce the impact of suppliers from China to Europe. -Managed a third-party logistics partner (Regional express in Southhampton, the UK )serving as a Warehouse and as an Amazon partner carrier. -I gave the idea to design the process flow of the area and with my team we did the design for the US and Europe markets with all the duties and cycle time. -Value stream map for the supply chain identifying and eliminating the wastes as opportunities to improve.--
