I was hired as a Molecular Biologist and asked to do immunology assays and performing the procedure of Real Time Pcr
In the main lab, I worked with the Elisa Analytical instrument from CTK and did the ELISA manual procedure for the detection of antibodies IgM, IgG, and Ig A for the Covid-19 patients. In the lab of molecular biology, I performed the procedure of Real-Time PCR using the QuantStudio™ 5 Real-Time PCR System for Human Identification, 96-well, 0.2 mL from Thermo Scientific™. I was able to make the purification procedure of the RNA, manually and automatically. The instrument that I mastered to perform with were: ?
