I've been with Interfysio for the past 8 years. The company is well run and will listen to/provide assistance with any concerns regarding immigration or job placement issues. For me, the entire visa process was thoroughly explained and went very smoothly, from entry to the USA to attainment of my Green Card. The owners are genuine and knowledgeable and will do their best to meet all needs presented. The salaries are competitive and they have strong relationships with numerous clinics, hospitals, nursing facilities and schools, which enables ease of placement. My 8 years with the company is a testament to the company's strengths.

I have worked for Interfysio for 8 years. I am Australian trained, and now an OTR here in the USA. I came to the USA with Interfysio on an E3 visa (that they sponsored... similar to H1B but for Australians) in 2008 and my experience with them has been nothing but positive. They are a small agency and as such have a personal relationship with each and everyone of their employees. This is a huge asset as many agencies have 1000s of therapist and really have no way to cater properly to your needs.

There is only a nominal $500 fee (not $5000 reported by the other review) that is required to assist with visa processing but that was refunded as soon as I came to the USA as well as I was given a $1000 stipend to put towards my travel or housing when I first arrived. As far as I'm aware our agency has one of the best immigration track records of any health care agency and have never had a visa denied.

Since my time with Interfyio i have worked in many different settings across NYC, all public transport accessible, primarily in pediatrics. They listen to my requests and try their best to match my needs with what placements are available.. I am always guaranteed hours, and they have NEVER missed a paycheck. The biggest asset to this company is their immigration expertise. They supported and did the whole process for me from E3 to now Green Card holder. I will be moving on from Interfyio this year as a full time employee to pursue a job with the city, however I will always be thankful for the opportunities, support (particularly immigration support of which there was a lot!!), and reliability.

I would recommend this company to any foreign trained therapist who wants to start their career here in the USA.

I'm very thankful for all the support Interfysio has given to me. I moved to New York last year and since I contacted the company they helped me with all paperwork for my visa including my wife's. The director is very open and willing to help with any concerns. After getting the visa they placed me to work according to what was stablished in our contract. I would highly recommend Interfysio for a foreign willing to work in the US. First, because they take care of your visa (they never charged me any fee to do so) which can be a very overwhelming and expensive process if you wanna do it independently. Second, it's a great way to start building your career once they place you in different clinics. I've been working for them since April this year and it has been great. Interfysio is a reliable company, very good with payments and I'm happy with the clinics I'm working for.

I was offered a position after an interview over the phone. Then I was asked to pay 5,000 USD before anything has been done . Of course they promised that everything is going to be Ok. After some initial steps, they asked me to apply for a tourist visa with an invitation they provided. As expected application was rejected. We did the same one more time and the same result came out. Just imagine that all company staff disappeard and nobody replied any other email when I asked them to find other ways or return at least part of the payment. I feel it was my biggest mistake to trust Interfysio and it's just waste of time and money.

I have been working with InterFysio since 2010. The journey with them began from 2008-09 when they helped me for NY credentialing process. After arriving in NY & starting with InterFysio, I have never faced any problems with them with respect to placements, client sites, work hours or pay.
There are many people who believe that working with an agency is getting stuck for a certain number of years with them, but well if you dont have an option & have to go with an agency, then I will strongly recommend InterFysio. Some best things about them (Not because I work there, but this is based on my comparison with other companies):
1) Will always find you 40 hours of work & pay you for 40 hours, unlike other companies
2) Understand your needs as per the choice of client & try hard to get you in your best choice of client site.
3) The Director is very friendly & open to discuss any problems at the client site, if any.
4) They have a immigration attorney of their know & know how to tackle all the immigration related issues.
Till date I have not had a negative thing to put up, hence not mentioning any negatives. If & when I do I will surely put it in.
