If there is one word i can use to tell about Xylo, it is "Transparent". Also, they are very swift to respond and always available to clarify any questions related to HR/Immigration/Insurance. I have seen many consulting firms delaying the payments to employees and it is completely different here. I would strongly recommend this company and I am 100% sure that you never regret. I look forward to work with this company for a longer duration.

Xylo is an excellent company to work with and they are truly transparent to everything. Specially if you are stuck at offshore and trying to beg Consulting companies to apply for the visa. Xylo has helped me a lot and I will be always grateful and thankful to them. Specially when I lost all hope to come to US, I got my Breakthru from Xylo. The salary is also transparent, not sucking the employees as other consulting companies practice. My special thanks to Santosh who has always been there and greatly helpful to no matter what the situation is.

It's been a couple of years my journey with Xylo, so far so good.
They will take care of the immigration, prompt responses and mainly on-time payments. Also, after my first project, the marketing team helped to get 4 client interviews within couple of weeks.
