They have completely understood the quality of services provided by their consultants is what earns them their name with the customers. They treat you with the right ethics and also provide a fair compensation.

I do understand the concerns posted by the previous employees of XCEL Corp. But in recent times, XCEL Corp have realized their mistakes and have started treating employees ethically. I have had a great boost to my career after being hired a consultant by XCEL Corp. I suggest you to have an open mind and take advantage of the opportunities they provide.

Bench with reimbursed of 30 dollars per day, they think the H1 are just assets, they talk to much about " we are here for our consultants" but is really the consultants are for me...if you receive a offer from this company be aware to be exploited.
