Only recommendation would be to make the content more formalized and include better assignments . for folks looking to take this training , be ready to spend time on the actual tools/application when you take this course ! I recommend Walk waters for oracle ERP

Waste of time to take training for 2-3 months and that’s never ending.they take Big batch of students and only 2-3 people get placed there. They are partial to certain group of people and place only them. Very smart people. Specially the main lady who works there. They won’t say anything in the beginning and ask you to pay training fee and at the end of training they will never place you. Fake resumes, fake interviews, fake people everything fake. You can get into trouble when they are caught. Please do not go there for job specially students, you have beautiful world out there, do not go there and get into trouble. Be aware. commentAnother Indian Body shop consultancy who hires people with 0 years experience/Fresher and from non-IT background. Does fake Resume,fake interviews. Everything FAKE!
If you have good IT background and have work authorization never join this company.
Pros -
Good training and placement.
Cons -
1.Lowest salary. They get high client rate. pays consultants 1/3 of that.
2.Consultants have to bear H1b fees. If it goes to RFE, then bear RFE cost. If you want to upgrade to premium processing bear that as well!
3. They promise salary increase after 6 months into project. You have to follow up with them on every day basis. You will never get hike for another 6 months. Even if you get its 2/3$ increase per hour!
4. Very bad management. No transparency. Owner avoids meeting you if consultants come down to their office. They always pretend they are busy.
5. Hire students as recruiters for low salary.

commentThis company is very good to place you within short period of time but once you are placed they will never respond you ever.
You are dead for them once you leave them and go. They literally wont care whether you are even alive on earth and working for them. They pretend as if they are always busy and will never respond to you ever. It is a fact that I am working through them only as of now but will soon leave them asap as they are not responding me at all. They will even pay you so low and market you for high rate where the client expectation will be very high, due to which you might fired very soon.
My suggestion is, join this company only if you are good with Oracle supply chain knowledge and do not expect on job support and comfertable with least pay. Actually you shouldnt expect anything from them once you are placed, not even H1b.

commentI have has a great experience working with this company, they were extremely knowledgeable of Oracle ERP and CRM Technologies, i got great support while on projects from them. They have been very good in taking care of their employees and have helped me with my relocation also. I have only good things to say about this company. I filed my H1 Visa form walkwater technologies in premium processing and i got it approved in 14 days.

commentMy experience is very good with this company,they take care of you in all the ways,provide complementary guest house,flight ticket to the client site. I am working with this firm since last 3 years, training is very intense and I was placed in Microsoft which was beyond my expectation.
The only thing which I would say best about this company is that if you give your 100% to them they will give you same.
This was told to me by the recruiter who hired me, when I asked her about my H1 B filing. Exactly after working with them for six month they took feedback from my manager and filed my H1B.I dont know about other but for me joining Walkwater Technologies proved fruitful.

commentThey provide poor training and then have experts do the interviews. They then force people to go into a job where they are totally unprepared. Most people get kicked off the job within a week as they are just trained technical people and not actors. Stay away from these people!

They dont file H1 -

commentThey just use your OPT period and then at the time of H1 filing they just start playing games. They keep 20 dollars minimum per hour from your pay check. They don't lift your phone calls when needed. They will call only at the time of timesheets filling.
At this company, Employee has to pay for all his H1 filining expenses. They do H1 filing from a third party immigration serevices. And this immigration services never get any inputs from this consultancy. They keep your H1 filings for more than a month or till the last minute.
If you want to make a good career just leave this company as soon as you get your first job.

commentTraining Fee: $100-$1500 (depends on your bargaining power) Fees are nonrefundable That means whether you get a job or not they are already making $40k to $55k per batch. If they see that they can't get you a job later it's around $1000. If you are paying $100 --> 20% chance of getting a job. around $1000 --> 95% chance of not getting a job. Class size: 45-60 students per batch. Instructors : 1-2 (usually one of the students from the previous batch) Instructor's real world experience: 0-6 months. Grocery stipend: around $12 per guesthouse (they promise $80) Success Rate: 9-12% Out of 45-60 students only 15-20% that's like only 7- 12 students actually get to work in the field, out of which 40% will be fired within the 2 months (Companies find out that the particular person is not the person who took the interview or cannot do the job properly). So in aggregate only 4-5 people survive in 45-60 batch (including the instructor position) According to myvisajobs.com they have filed 12 H1b from 2001-2012 out of which 4 were rejected. So, it's like hardly 1 H1b per year. Training period: 2.5-3 months (they will tell you 1 month!) Depending on their circumstance (students from previous batch) you will have to complete a project (which takes about 1-1.5 months on average to complete) Class demographics: 90% Indian, 5% Pakistani 5% others. Resume boosting: 5.5x to 6x They will put at least 5.5 years of experience even with a person who looks very young. Modules Covered: Inventory, AP, AR, GL, Purchasing (These are just the basics, there are hundreds of modules in ERP)
