commentVensoft LLC is my employer. I was referred here by a friend who was already working with Vensoft. They gave me accomodation and training. The training was very effective. They answer to all your questions and prepare you so well that you can handle interviews very effectively. I got job within a month of training. I cracked my own interview and successfully working for the past 2 years. I never had issues regarding my pay and visa sponsorship. They were on top of the things when it came to immigration matters. Over all I had a very good time and I am very happy that I landed here. I will refer anybody who reach out to me regarding jobs. My friends have already joined the company after I joined. They are doing excellent as well.
They pay personal attention to every candidate. They make you work towards your goal. They suggested me the right course to do made me very confident, without which I could never think of doing IT job.

commentI had searched & bagged a new job upon clearing interview. As the company didn't had Full-Time position available; so they suggested to join through a consultancy and gave a list of vendors they knew. Talked to couple of vendors, who were soft-spoken. But the person at Vensoft was highly rude & harsh in his talks, behaving as if they dont need me, just because they didn't approached me directly. Being on H1, I was treated as if I'm an illegal immigrant and as if people of H1 are pure cheap labor. Vensoft takes more share than others in the market & when I informed about it; he told "why dont you join others then, why have you come to us". I'm sure none of us would ever want to get into the trap of Vensoft. Upon researching about this company on Google, I could see numerous fraudulent practices and many people claiming that their main purpose is to sue their employees, after hiring them; to earn money from them. They have kept attorneys specifically for claiming money from their hires.
- 8/14/2014 - I am an employee of Vensoft. I was taken care from training to placement very effectively. I got visa approved through Vensoft and I am still continuing to work. They follow what they say. I never had any issues as everything was crystal clear and nothing was hidden. I can not compare with other companies as many companies promise to pay you more but they have lot of hidden clauses that doesn't help employee. They did not sue any employee unless they breached the terms, which is common for any company to do.
I gained confidence and thorough training through them. I am able to perform well in my job and also referred many people to Vensoft. My references also got Visa sponsorship through them and they are doing wonderful job. If you ask them for increase in pay they always consider. I highly recommend people who are looking for good training and placement to join Vensoft, you will be taken care thoroughly and they make sure that you are in a right job quickly. -
