This is one of the Worst ever experience with this company, I think recently merged/changed with some other not at all good at Payments, quality of candidates or at work environment

SCAM!!! This company betrayed me! They said when I come to America, they will give me car, house, nice salary and etc.. So they said all those things, but they betrayed me. I gave them $5000 for the legal things that had to be done like Visa, Application, Immigration Process etc... But when I came to America they didn't even send me my first paycheck. I got my first paycheck 2 months late. I talked to the vice president of Vaptech (He deals with financial matters at Vaptech) Rao. He would shout at me and threaten me. I couldn't do anything. I came to America with H-1B visa, there was nothing I could do. Unfortunately, I am still employed there. I still haven't received my paycheck for November, February, & March. Down Down Rao, Down Down Rao. I reccomend anyone not to join this cruel company. Unless you want to lose money.

I have been working at Vaptech full-time for more than 2 years.

I have never met such smart people working on leading edge technology in today's competitive corporate world . Brilliant CEO that works harder just like any other hardworking employee of this company. Challenging and exciting work so time flies by each day.

Employees are generous and exceptionally smart

- Company of this size means a lot of room to explore and

Awesome company to start your career......

At first, I did a same mistake as others did like looking at the reviews and trust me I was blown away (in a negative way).

But I still went by my instincts and a gave shot as I had nothing to loose and I did not want any stone to be left un-turned.

I started as Java Developer Trainee with this company 4 years ago and trust me I am a live example for all the below reviews to go south...

This company had few bumps... I can understand, but hey, tell me one company that doesn't I started my career with them and today I can proudly say that good that I went with my instincts rather then just merely going by those reviews. Besides is there any way anybody can AUTHENTICATE those reviews.

Please don't waste any time dealing with this company. Everything is fake here. Consultants who apply for the projects through this company does not have any experience AT ALL. They train little bit of real time knowledge and then make a fake resume with years of fake experience. When the consultants fail to crack the interview on the phone, they even force to have a totally different person to take their interview.

I don't have any rivalry with this company and I am not even working for them but I know some one that went there as an consultant.
