Good place to work.I worked with this company 9 years(2010-219) never faced any problem either on H1B renewal,GC Process & Payroll.
The current owner(Kris) is strict about his policies but always ahead of their promises; The current VLS team is truly professional they always watch the market trend advise Employee or Consultants to improve the carrier plans.
Overall I recommend good company to work for H1B holders.

Have been a SAP freelancer and have worked Kris and VLS. The timesheet management and pay system they have put is truly professional and we get paid on time. Trust is one word which comes to my mind when I think VLS. I highly recommend VLS for all freelancers especially SAP consultants. Its been 5+ years now and I am sure it will be a long relationship.

It’s very good company to work for. I’ve good experiences, one such incident is, I get payroll by online deposit into my bank account, somehow I missed depositing my last salary cheque as I left for good to India. VLS Systems had robust process to address such cases. After I reached India, they traced me in India, I got a call from account department and informed about the money I forgot to deposit, paid back that money into my bank account.
Really honest company to work with.

Stay away from this horrible company V.L.S Systems Inc

They have serious immigration issues. They are blunt liars and delay green card processing for years.

Stay away .. any company is better than these horrible people. I suffered alot due to lies told by Kris Nanda (owner). if you standup for yourself then kris bullies like typical desi.

VLS Systems Inc. is an amazing company. If anyone needs specific things, or just want a quick solution- they adapt and cater to the ever changing needs. VLS works on behalf its clients- advise on best courses of action while keeping everything above bar keeping the end goals in scope. Every employee has a dichotomy of talent/skill, personal moral compass, but naturally the clients come first. VLS is comprised of talented problem solvers every single person who works there is a true talent.
