commentThese guys were much better than my previous company, I was paid on time and thank God got my Green card I worked so so hard for.
The lawyers they use are really good and advised me really well.
My GC situation had a lot of complications but THANKFULLY got approved.
They rarely answer the phone and always ask to email them which is annoying but they usually reply within the day

commentI would suggest everyone not to even think of working with them, in case you do then take everything in writing from them, dont trust a single word from them and have everything written whatevr they say, if you are already with them, then please find a new employer and switch your h1 as soon as you can, otherwise in time of need they wont pick ur call, and will put all the blame on u

commentFinally got my GC so happy, Urooj really went out of the way to help me; my immigration case was so complicated and their legal team advised me on exactly what I needed to do
I was paid on time, the only thing I would advise is to keep calling them since they are not that great with phones

commentNervous to join from all the reviews on here but these people are really helpful. Got all my money with no issues plus bonuses. Sometimes it's impossible to get a hold of them but if you bombard them with calls and emails they eventually get back to you same day
- 5/29/2018 - i am calling them from around last 6 mnths but to no avail, same lying on emails from day one and there is no 1 to respond on ur queries, hr/payrol say that their ceo knows about ur status and process and ceo wont pick up his calls, seems like the busiest person in the universe. -

commentI joined Urooj in 2010 with an hourly rate of $40 per hour but after filling my H1B visa in 2012, Urooj started paying based on the prevailing wage of $55K annually. I was given a Quarterly bonus until 2013, Then Urooj was paying me LCA salary Only.
In January 2015, Urooj got caught guilty by Department of Labor for not paying me $10,240. My Claim with Department of Labor was for $35,000 but I recovered only $10,000 because of signing Prevailing wage LCA contract instead of signing Hourly/Percentage compensation contract.
I worked with Urooj for more than 4 years, Prime Vendor TCS gave me an opportunity to join Full time to save my project with Merrill Lynch but Urooj demanded me to pay $10,000 and demanded TCS to pay $25,000 for letting me join full time.

Employment Agreement -

Don't sign any Employment Agreement which mentions only LCA Salary as your Compensation in your employment agreement, over the phone Urooj will promise you to pay bonus quarterly any amount more than LCA salary. Ask them to document in the employment agreement or anything in writing not over the phone. Don't get fooled by false promises over the phone, oral promises cannot be proven in any court of law if they hold your entire money except LCA salary.
Make sure the contract mentions Compensation as percentage of bill rate or your hourly rate on the Employment agreement. That's how Urooj steals your hard earned money. Please have it reviewed by an attorney before you sign them.

commentI got an opportunity to work with another company and wanted to resign from Urooj and transfer my H1.
Urooj supported me at every step and made this transition very smooth. They even asked their own lawyer to help me in filing of my H1 transfer.
I did have to follow up with them few times, but that's ok :)

I started as an F1-Opt and now I have my Green Card but I'm still employed with them.

commentI worked with Urooj for almost 1 year and move on to a full time opportunity with one of the Big 5 Consulting Firms.
Just after spending 1.5 months there, I have decided to go back to Urooj.
I enjoy working with Urooj and the challenging projects they put me on.

Look I already lost $5000 from the previous client after joining urooj. i will give you referral fee, Let me join the TCS and return my $12000, also you can make a deal with TCS for other projects. what else you need from your own employees who worked for you for more than 4 years. -

commentI had a very bad experience with the company. Salman Mohammed who owns the company is a big aS*******. They never pick up the phones when needed. They will never let you know the actual bill rate and will always lie to you. They never provide you with H1 documents etc. If you do NOT want to mess with your visa situation in the long - run because they DO NOT CARE!! and they are NOT working professionally!!

But whatever I have personally experienced with Urooj LLC, its much better than a lot of others.
I have been associated with them for very long and will definitely HIGHLY RECCOMEND Urooj to any one.
