Ultimate Care Inc.(Florida) or Amehan International Job Placement Services (Philippines) is a staffing agency sending mostly nurses and physical therapists to the U.S. This company violates many of the U.S. Labor laws. They make you feel as if you owe it to them that you got a job in the U.S. They use illegal operating procedures to get what they want. If you read the U.S. labor laws, UCI violates about 80% of these laws. They make unnecessary and illegal deductions to your salary. Therapists are being "benched" for months and months. Nurses and therapists are not being paid according to what was indicated in the LCA. Nurses are made to pay for the immigration filing fees. These are only some of the illegal things they do. Stay away from this Staffing agency!
