This company used to be called Software Motor Company. It still has the old and new managements and the same set of people. It's an awful company.

However attractive they may make everything appear or sound, they completely lack in ethics and empathy, and will harm you and your interests very badly.


Do NOT trust anyone's word there, to them it's just breath of mouth; no intention and no substance in those words. Betrayal may not be acknowledged, or may be conveniently justified. Professional betrayal trauma is what I suffered from them.


If the offer letter has too much in it that can mess you up legally, it's there for a reason. They may justify it saying we have to safeguard ourselves, but as an individual, it's there for them to be able to destroy you if need be.


Most people that mattered were awful, while initially they projected themselves as great.
