commentI was an employee of this company in the recent past. I was referred to this company by one of friend's colleague. I blindly transferred my visa to this company, only to know I have stepped on sh*t. They dont maintain any legal docs to maintain your status. No amendments, no LCA's, nothing. They just ask you to find your own project and go to worksite and make money. They'll make their cut of 30% from bill rate and another 10% as visa cost but not do anything at the bare minimum to protect your status. When an RFE is issued, they simply let you off. I was doomed by an onsite audit by the USCIS, only to know, Trine is firing me to safeguard themselves. I had to leave the country. By god's grace, I joined another company who redeemed my visa by transfer. Please dont join this company. Augustine is the only person working/running this company. He just creates multiple emails on different names to show he's got employees to do admin tasks. In reality, he owns and operates from all these accounts by himself. Dumb guy!!

commentThere are way too many consulting companies out there that exploit employees to make dirty money but Trine IT will actually go to great lengths to make your life miserable.
This company lacks products/projects. They are just man-movers. They charge 5 Lakhs INR to sponsor your H1B. Once you are in the US, survival is on your own. They got no admin employees to help you find a job. It's on you to find your own project. Once done, they'll pay only 60% of bill rate as your salary. If you question this, you're in trouble.
I joined way back in 2017, after working for them for 1 year, I was fired without notice so that I will be forced to join the mid-vendor. They then sued me for breaking the non-compete.
Just stay away from this company.
Message to Augustine: Please treat your employees well. I know you run your life out of this business. But, try to be honest with whatever you do. You wont sustain in the industry for a long time. As a human being, you are the worst I have ever come across. Stealing other's money wont keep you happy at all.

commentNever ever dream of joining this company. They are nothing but rated and class less fraudsters. Now, managed by Augustine, it is on its worst phase. no recruiters to work on your profile, no GC, no relocation assistance, no marketing assistance, no job guarantee, no communication, what else!!
Now, I feel like being in hell. They dont even a have a single direct client. In my last pay check, I have been charged 3 lakhs INR as visa processing fee, which they did on 2014. I have been paid only $25/hr as salary in the city of NY. Even pani puri seller makes good money than me. The justification given by them is, the client is not paying them. If the client is not paying them. If the client is not paying them, why dont Trine let me look for next project? On doubt, I enquired the same with my client. The client showed me all the proofs for payment. I was shocked to know Trine is charging $120/hr for me and paying only $25.
Worst thing is, they have received an RFE on my H1 extension, and they cannot clear it forever. They did it intentionally, thus avoiding me to transfer.
Please dont join this company at any cost. Even if it is live or die situation, prefer to die.

They are looters.
Especially Augustine is the most horrible person you could come across. They collected 4Lakhs from me to sponsor my H1B. After going through much hurdles and RFEs pertaining to the status of the company, I found a client who could issue client letters and amended my H1B with the project docs to get in to the US. It was my serious efforts to find a client, project and feasible bill rate.
They get money from the clients, loot it and doesnt pay the employees at all stating they dont receive pay from the client. When I collected proof of payment from my client and caught them red-handed, they say I owe them lot of money. Actual H1B cost is 15Lakhs and they are deducting from me. Please beware. Instead of working with them please be at home.
Most worst and terrible company. Dont pay money and dont give anything for the employees. Money looters. Day theives!
IDIOTS. GO TO HELL! You wont survive looting my money. I wont let you live and succeed! Just FYI, I have already complained DOL and expect their audit anytime. See you in jail.
P.S: TO the one who asks for name in every negative review and project the company in a positive manner, pls get a life. If you're Augustine, dont worry, DHS will employ you in the jail sooner.

commentIf you wanna groom your career, dont even dare to think of your company. Reviews would say, they are thriving technology company. The boss man would say, they are best in terms of service and salary. It isnt true. Dont fall for their trap. They dont have a single client, neither have any prime vendor's contact. They place you through multiple layers, which was the same in my case. If you need to find a better project, you have market yourself. Things were fine until I received an RFE for my transfer peition. They dont even have their own attorney. They cost compare between attorneys and go for the cheapest. In my case, I was careful enough to use my own attorney. Eventually, the company wasnt happy about this. They needed me to pay the attorney, to which I agreed and did. After all these hurdles, they dint help my attorney with the required supporting docs. At the very last moment, after multiple follow-ups, they said they cant share confidential financial docs to a new attorney. I was fed up with their attitude. To come to a solution, I decided to go with their attorney. As it was last minute, they demanded me again to pay for their attorney. With no other choice, I paid around my 1 month salary to them. As expected, things worked this time and RFE was responded. To my surprise, after reviewing their employment records and financial statements, the consulate rejected my petition stating the company is not in a situation to pay me. They denied my transfer petition and I am left with no other option. Now, I have to go back India with all my dreams shattered. Thank you Trine and Augustine for making my a living hell. Please convey my thanks to your dumb admin Janet James too.

commentThis guy wants to run any business and call himself an owner that's all his dream is. No discipline or following protocols. They just run it at their will. I have even wonder if the company is run only for tax evasion purposes.
I would strongly suggest all my friends and anyone looking out for a job due to current job market or personal reasons or got laid off and in desperate need of a job, in any cases please don't fall into the hands of these people. They will talk you through as thought its a fortune 500 company but they hardly have 3 or 4 people without any projects on had.
You will have to do your self marketing and still should pay them 30% of your money out of which the remaining 70% you can never claim.
- No Marketing team
- No Projects or End Clients
- No Strong hold on any Technology
- All they have is Cons. Stay away please.
They claim they are an SAP shop, but its only because 1 guy worked in SAP platform. Otherwise they have nothing to do with SAP.

There are a lot of pros working for Trine IT. They have great career opportunities, a never-ending supply of interesting work, competitive compensation, wonderful benefits including great health care plans and also wonderful training programs in the latest technologies. Learnt a lot in terms of people skills, Project management and work culture. This company will open your horizons to another level. If you have a passion for technology this is the place to be.

There are no rigid boundaries set for a person willing to step outside his job description and do/learn something other than what his regular role demands, making this an excellent learning ground.
Though they haven't got everything, they working towards perfecting things. But overall they genuinely seem to want to do the right thing by the people they work with.

commentAs we are all S/w analysts, lets analyze reviews on 11/26 and 11/25 they talk about their GC( one as expecting it soon and another one as processed as promised ). Look at the report on this same website there are No GC's applied thru this company and what ever one applied in 2013 was withdrawn. Look at another review on 10/30 that review mentions " They are offering good salary ", every one knows there is no fixed salary, all consultancies go by percentage base only. Another thing is No one is going to write a reviews for these small consultancies unless they are asked to do so by someone forcfully to get it something done or they are expecting something from these owners or Owner itself is writing these reviews. OR someone like me who really got screwd and suffered and know the pain of being a victim.
Very impartant rule when you rely on reviews look at the nagative reviews and learn from there. This guy may try so many other tricks to show this company is very good and he is the honest man in this world.
I overlooked at the first nagative reviews because I was desperate to go US and not many applied from INDIA, Then after experiencing with him I releazed it is better not to get scammed your self by these blood eaters who live their life on others blood.I know if not him this could be another guy but beware and educate and Learn yourself before approaching these Cheaters who are hungry to catch and cash the victims.

commentThis Guy is complete Fraud and these nice reviews are completly fake. My friend and I suffered with his white lies and It took almost an year to get our money back, when we applied H1B last year but Din't got in lottory. He says you will get your money next week, but next week will never come, When that week/day comes he will tell another story. Dont ever trust him. My other friend's H1B got selected but got rejected after RFE, he never shared any doccument correctly, he will share only part of the doccument after several requests which doesn't give any information, when he asked the RFE copy he used to tell all stories but never shared it.
I am fool to not to believe in those first reviews. One thing this website shows is only how many LCA's applied( not H1Bs applied ) and also whether out of those H1B applied this website won't tell how many got approved or rejected. I learnt recently chances of LCA gettting rejected for H1B is very very less unless you do some procedural or blind mistake. Compan can apply 100 LCA's but may file 10 H1B's only, Only DOL put this information publicly but not USCIS( which actually decide H1B case), Both are two different departments. I am still looking for H1B, and going to try my luck this year again, I learnt a lot in this time and just happened to check these reviews and thought at least I will save one victim like me.

Worst insurance plans.
They dont give a damn abt ur family. They dont pay to transfer h4s.
They dont have in house attorney. You dont get to get in touch with attorney and thus never get required help immediately.
If you travel to india and in case your h1 have issues and you travel to india, they dont support you. My friend lost h1 status bcos of them.
Initially they say they wil take care of green card. Later you will come to pay they just do labor which doesnt cost much. They trick and then ask employees to pay for their green card stage 2 and 3. Which is around $5000 total.
Do not join this company for consulting. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Long term, this company and their employees are going to burn in hell.

If you really want to face problems then go with this person, as he talks very nicely but nothing is nice, he doesn't even submit few petitions and cheat them by postponing for years. Personally myself and my friend wasted time and money and more over hectic life it was, i personally request you all not to do the same please.

Note: At the time of joining, they said they have 100+ employees. All they have is 3 employees.
