Tillster's jobs last less than a year. Since I shifted to San Diego to work for this Tillster, everything is getting worse and worse. Tillster management lied to me on the interview. After I started, everything appeared completely different. They can't even make the fake stuff look plausible. Tillster CEO says they have one number of sales, the Tillster COO says a completely different number.
They have no work to do, they make stuff up to impress investors. Everybody I talked to says that investors are really bad. There is nothing more than that here. If you get to work on something they report to investors, you may last longer than others. But no guarantees. Many people are fired after 6 months.
Tillster is constantly interviewing somebody. Once they find the candidate, they fire somebody from staff and put the next person on the same seat the next day.
Tillster Inc. ruins peoples lives.
