The person in charge of the company does not think that the employee should be treated like humans. This person will seem really nice first of because of his low voice and because you'd believe he is a polite fellow. But shortly and surely the voice will rise and as would his expectation of your performance. His criteria to judge you would not just be unfair but completely unnatural. Consider a situation where you just wrote a really nice piece of code, just in order to show his superiority and to overpower your thought process he will pick out holes where none exist. Since there are many consultancies in the market I would recommend F-1's to find different avenue as this guy would make your life not just difficult but miserable. Life is not this difficult as he would want you to believe. The HR or any other institutional support in the company is not just absent but non existent. Of course being a desi consultancy you should expect harsh treatment anywhere but principal consulting breaks the stereotype by rating themselves highest on the ugly scale. The only employees who stick with the company are the one whose visa was sponsored from India itself and it takes them generally 2 years to understand the alternatives they have. Once they figure out their options then they stick only if they are away from the NJ office. The F1's in US should know better and thus try to avoid this company.

This company drags on your H1/green card process. Beware because here they will take you for granted and make you feel that they own you when they file for your green card or H1.
They might talk sweetly before joining , but things changes here once you join. Dont fall into this trap.
