I wonder how they offer H1B for an unskilled labor like residential counselor.they should not do it and I told them it is fraud but they ignore me.They promised me a visa for residential counselor position which only requires high schooldiploma. Then they realized that H1b requires bachelor's degree. Then they lied to me that they can not enroll me for H1b because my degree is not related to my job( how could any degree be related to monitoring hallway?)
They later changed the degree requirement to bachelor's degree, but it doesn't change anything in job descriptions. It is still an unskilled work. And even if it wasn't, I could have qualified because I have a degree with a concentration of psychology.
