I am from IIT-Bombay, Came to usa in 2016 with a top company, got some changes in the group with unexpected lay off,
luckily O2 got my H1B 18 months back and just got to know that my I-140 is Approved with lot of happiness I am writing this review(never wrote a review till day), great knowledge on immigration, from bottom of my heart I am thanking O2 Team.

Worked for cognizant for 12 years in which I have completed my 5 years in USA, they haven’t file my green card till last minute due to corporate changes, i got a call from the recruiter at o2 technologies and promised me that everything will be taken care in an year which i haven't believed. After couple of months I have reached out to them and asked them to start the process which apparently got approved in 8 months, cheers from my family, don’t waste time with MNC Companies

I was working for MNC and my H-1 visa amendment was denied.
O2 Technologies Inc was referred by my lead at MNC and they have applied my H1B and got it approved, They use Murthy attorney and got me out of this mess.
I strongly thank them for getting me out of this problem, I would strongly suggest them to focus on ERP Projects.

Pros: Transferred my h1b visa from MNC after completing my 4 years term, Green Card process was started in 3 months of joining. Immigration is very strong as they have good attorneys, never had any payroll and immigration issues.

Cons: Not as big as top MNC, limited projects in cloud space. They are so flexible in giving work from home for developers in their projects which impacts a lot if we are leading the projects. I had a hard time in managing the team as I was leading one of their projects, 401K contribution is not that great.

I am working with O2 Technologies for last 2 years. People around are really helpful. They even sponsored my Green Card. I'm very comfortable working with them.

The company is good, very upfront in what they offer & what they dont. I got my H-1 approved, they paid on time, never had any issues with payroll or immigration approvals. I have not had any bad experience with the team. They are very responsive is any issues.
