Many reviews are made up so I wanted to let you know that I really appreciate this company for their dedication towards their consultants.
I graduated from Texas A&M Kingsville Campus 2 years back and then know to know about Techleap though my Sr.friend. After joining Management of the Company helped me step by step in my career path. The best part of this company that they do not force you or tell you to learn certain technology -as all consulting company does but rather they want to know what area interest you most based on your experience. So they further upgrade you skill set with new related technology. I really appreciate the way they guided me with valuable time and cooperation, hardly any company would do that. I am currently working for a State project though their direct implementation partner. They have a very good network and marketing team and has their own in-house custom software development team. So no matter what there is a project for you always. I wish them all the best. I recommend this company for both new graduate and experienced candidates.
