The marketting team is too dumb. They dont have any knowledge about recruiting at all. There is one special motha focka Raj P. He talks all, but no action. Simply floats your resume in all the portals and doesnt do anything, thereby spamming your email. His email id is raj.p at techaspect dot com. Avoid this aisole.

I've been with the company since 2006 and recently got my GC approved through them... They pay good salary with good benefits... vacations, 401K, medical, dental, life etc.

All i can say is that techaspect rocks and is one of the best places i have ever worked!!!!!!!

Please do not trust these guys.Do not go on their false promises of Salary on Bench. They never paid me on bench.These are just bunch of desi guys who started some cheap I.T organization with no prior experience. The legal staff have no experience in visa processing whatsoever.You will find many such fraudulent companies out there.

I would highly recommend - DO NOT TRUST THEM - especially jason & madhav.They are out their catching fish.
