See above review’s are deleted, No.1 blood sucker's don’t ever overwork for them without proper pay, they hire fake recruits/resumes on purpose for making ridiculous profits from end-clients and paying peanuts, Managers are sitting dumb like ducks in this company as if they are doing all work to suck your blood for their ridiculous pay and commissions from their preferred vendors.

I joined this company specifically for onsite position. I joined in India and while joining I was promised that I wiil be paid X USD p.a. But once I joined it took 3 months to file the transfer, and when LCA was given I was shocked to see that the onsite pay was much lesser than promised X USD. The reply was that as per policy I was eligible for only the pay mentioned in LCA .By this time, the petition was filed under premium process, but unfortunately there was RFE and the visa cell had no clue as to who and what to be responded. Finally got approval after 8 months. And I quit on 9th month as I got my another transfer approved under a different consultant.

This company specially the Noida center is the most biased one will ever witness. Punjabis are given weight-age over other employees. Even if they work or not. Appraisals, release, onsite opportunities, Conversions and applications from L1-H1-GC everything is only for Punjabis. Honest hard working non-Punjabis are forced to resign by making them frustrate to a limit. Only join if you can butter the managers well. Regionalism is at its best specially in US. Even they submit expired contract in your extension so that your visa get rejected and you are forced to leave US. Punjabis spouse in other project and companies are also given preference in recruitment over other people spouses working in Tech Mahindra. If you want only minimum salary, nothing else then join this company.
