Today I want to share with you a painful event.
(( An engineer who was working with a well known employer, and one day got contacted by TAS Energy HR to offer him a better opportunity, and accordingly, the engineer respond to that offer and moved to TAS based on what was agreed on and because he thought that he will be moving to a better career!!!
And after only couple of weeks -suddenly- this engineer got contacted by TAS HR to tell him that they were mistaken and they did not do an accurate forecast for TAS business for the current year…….and TAS Energy hereby will undergo a force reduction and you will be effected and it is absolutely nothing to do with that engineer’s performance (as it is documented)…..HA Sorry…..we were wrong…..you and your family have to pay for our mistake because we don’t want our business to be affected more, and we were not guilty to take you from your previous employer after you were settled there and live and work steadily there. So simply, you will be terminated!!))
I don’t have more to tell, and will leave the rest for you my friends and colleagues
