commentCompany engaged in questionable business practices. Used bait and switch in subcontractor agreements. Defaulted on payment agreement by over a month. Does not return phone calls or emails from the handlers (aka managers) for over a month. Asked 5% of pay for direct deposit.

commentI have been working for Tanisha Systems for the past 15 months and it's been very good working with them.
They Have an excellent marketing team of recruiters to get you placed in your needs.
I never had any issues with Immigration & Legal process and payroll.
Gorav (CEO) is really focused on the growth of employees.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, there was a huge lay off at the client-side where I was working and I was one among them got laid off on March 20th. But Tanisha Systems Inc has paid me for the full month of March.
Salaries are paid ON-Time to the employees.

I am a current employee of Tanisha Systems and have been with them for the past 2.5 years. They have a very good environment to work. Never had any issue with payroll & incentive.
They provide good health insurance and take good care for their employees.

commentOwner of the company is cheater and he behaves very unprofessional. Always try to lie on salary and forcefully make employee to maintain the excel sheet which he claims he pays at end of year!. While leaving the company he wont pay that amount. He will threatens to remove from the company. Please do not join this company and most positive review is done from his own team. I would say to USCIS or DHS to audit this company as earliest.

commentThis morning I spoke to Santhosh Yadav. santosh@tanishasystems.com Ph: 212-729-6543 Extn : 320. She was not showing any respect over the phone(Hope she is working from India). I am not their consultant yet. If she shows such attitude before I get placed under there payroll I can simply imagine how they will treat me later. I do not want to join this company.

flag - 6/26/2012 - Irrespective of who the employer, if any one ask money for H1B /hold your hard earned money/cheat the DOL and you by paying low salary.
Then you should always approach and seek the 2 major governing department in US. I hope you understand what I mean. Lot of us get scared to reach out them but they are really sensible and do right thing for you.
If they hold you money better reach em and you get your hard earned money !!

flag - 7/12/2012 - Whatever you've written is correct, but all of us have been trapped by this company. The management of this company lures the H1B professional by promising to give 75/80% of billing rate and then supersede all the discussions in the offer letter. And then the company pays the fixed salary every month and hold $1000-1500 per month of our money with them. They don't give any proof of this money except a excel sheet per year. When we ask for our money or ask any question, then the owner of the company becomes very angry and behave very weirdly. But for any outsider, it is very difficult to understand the whole trap-trick. Anyone can understand these tricks only after joining this company. And once the person joins this company they are certain to lose some of their hard-earned money (The more you stay, the more you lose). That is the reason everybody is praying to God for any miracle and nobody is going to DoL or USCIS.

Your input will be very helpful to all of those current employees who got stuck with this company, because the company has illegally kept their money (as a cheap retention tactics). -

commentI am working with Tanisha Systems from last 6 years. they are the one who processed my GC also. I am very happy and satisfied with their policy. They are very transparent with all the employees and especially whatever they promise they will do it.
- 5/18/2012 - I don't know about that . I am still an employee of Tanisha systems . But I heard from some body who worked with Tanisha ,they have returned all the money . they Know all legal Issues , so he must be aware of that , if he does nt give money back we can file a case. Because we will be having initial rate confirmation mails . But it is always good to talk everything in detail at the beginning . what ever i am telling is true because I always refer this site for checking about desi company .But , he never mention in any document that he will be holding the money ........... -
flag - 5/21/2012 - I dont like the idea of holding money, most companies which do this will not give you that money if you leave them. Someone said we can put a case, but check out the offer letter, it will have clause that will say whatever mentioned in offer letter is final so your earlier emails of rate etc. will not work legally. So just pray that you will get back your money. You really cant believe Tanisha, At times they dont do what they say and when questions asked, they get rude, totally unprofessional. They do try to hold employess by playing cheap tactics, if you are not a strong person you will fall into it. I have heard mixed responses from employess, some are happy, some are not. AS for me I will just have to wait and see how it goes..... -

But they will give some fixed salary each month , and calculate everything as hrly at the end of the year .so that no one will go out of Tanisha. They will hold $5000 all the time . But , Their GC and visa process paper work is good . Compared to other companies , we can see this is good . And I suggest you to join this company provided talk everything in detail before join .
