Sysco used be known for job stablity and employee retetion. This is no long true bcos the company went through a huge number of layoffs in IT at the end of year 2012. The company partnership with Infosys then moved to an Offshore model. A lots employees got affected and had to leave (I was one of those and it was hard bcos I am on H1B).

The company has good growth potential for employes but the remainig employees do not feel secure any more.

Benefits are normal, salary is decent, and work is too much. Employees treat each other well and overall it is a good place to work if you don't care when you loose your job.
