It is very surprising to see any sort of negative rating for this employer. I have worked for Synergy from 2008 to 2010, I left synergy for permanent employment with end Client. This year due to a big layoff in the company I moved back to Synergy Global Technologies Inc I was immediately given a new project at very attractive compensation and benefits.
It’s a great place to work in , the Recruiting staff is very experienced and professional . The HR and accounts department are very cordial and give at most attention to all employee issues and are always ready to solve our problems.
The organization acts with character, competence and commitment as its core values .

Been with Synergy since 7 years, never had any issue working with them. With so many IT companies around who give lot of false promises, Synergy has been very honest and trustworthy. This company is been in business since 10 years, Very surprising to see negative reviews in last 2-3 months.

I have seen employers to be very good and straight forward.
This employer is a fraud and cannot be trusted. He is playing with the life’s and money and time of the people who he promises applying for H1’s. Be careful with this employer and stay away from him and his company. He has no direct clients and marketing team.

It is only a desi loser who wants to make money placing people. But the company doesn't even have clients to place.
Files H1b for anyone without verifying details etc and makes money on withdrawing the application.


WORST ORGANIZATION !!!!
