Beware of this fraudulent company. I lost my career by joining in this company.

I was a masters student and joined this awful company in USA after my education. They applied for my H1 and it was picked in lottery and approved for 3 months.

They applied for extension after 3 months in regular processing and they misguided me that I can work in USA until I get my H1 extension application result. But, the fact is that I cannot work after 6 months while my H1 application is under processing. They came to me on last month saying that my 6 months period is over and I am supposed to go back my hometown. However, my h1 extension got denied after coming to my hometown. They promised me that they will apply for my new H1 when I application got denied. It is been 1 year since I came to my hometown and they haven't applied for my new H1.

I saw many cases similar to mine. So, please think twice before joining this company.
     Rajesh - 8/7/2020 - If this is a rule form USCICS that you can't stay beyond 6 months, then company can't do anythina. Also looking at the situation right now for H1, let me tell you upfront, your application will always get rejected until and unless you complete at least 7-8 years of experience in India. That is how it is now and you have to accept it.
Even if they file number of times its going to be rejected without any doubt. - flag

1)This is hiring and firing company
2)Beware for h1b candidates from india, They will promise you to send onsite and take your documents but they never process after joining the company . Due to hiring bonus to the HR's, They always hire from outside
3)You see, in the reviews only HRs and Managers gave good ratings in glassdoor

These guys are crooks, please be careful if you are on H1B. Don't believe in until you join with them ( please have alternative if you like their stupid offer). the group of family member will be playing and the person who is touch with you will be saying your are in "Good Hands". also they increase salary with out asking if they feel you are going off track.

1) they give offer letter.
2) they will take all you docs for H1B transfer.
3) they wont initiate LCA
4) they run background check for eye-wash.
5) for 2-4 weeks they will say waiting for client to approve timesheet process to initiate H!1
6) from 4 Week you will not be allowed to talk or contact or no reply for email.
7) all the time they pretend you that they working very hard in you are case.
8) Please keep in mind there is a group around nj/ny working for MS ( Capital market client) and all 4-5 people majority are family members.

This company is trap . They will add this clause in your offer letter, which you will receive after you join the company that "we can remove you for no reason"

You see, in the reviews only HRs and Managers gave good ratings, because they are forced to do that to attract people. Or some crazy maniacs who want to test their evil practices like this company.

These people don't know anything about software , coding and development. They only business, blackmailing and cheating

If you are not able to perform well in client interview or at client location, they will kick you out of company. No matter how many years of experience you have in your career you will be treated like a donkey at client location.

Hyderabad and Bangalore, you have bright future, don't give your future in their hands under the name of hike.

Very worst people, they don't even give you hike once you join company.

My advice for this company is to stay away from hyderabad and bangalore don't spoil the atmosphere here with your corrupt politics. Please .

I am working in Synechron since last 5+ year....once thing i can confirm its a Manager only company whether its onshore or offshore. 95% managers (onshore or offshore) are idiot, Buttlicker, stupid, sucker. Managers are 100 miles far from Management, Technology or business knowledge. people are working here 10-11 hr daily including weekend and get 10-14% (or 3-5% onshore) increment but if you have good relation with any manager then you can get till 40-80% :)
