I had worked with this employer for almost 2 years and it was a very good experience. The owners and people working for it are helpful and genuine. They not only helped me in finding a project but also making sure that the I was happy and satisfied with my current assignment.
Unfortunately, I had to leave the company due to personal reasons. But I think that was a mistake. So, I decided to join them back.
While other famous companies might look very lucrative at first, I felt that those companies nowhere take care of the employers as this consultancy does.
Some people might complain that are not honest, to them I would say that make sure that the vendor or the client is not the problem. Often times, they the once who might turn away. But please think about those things as well before you come at a conclusion.
As for my story, I have come to realize that,'small is big' and I am happy here.
