commentSupreme Tech Solutions and Target Labs are owned by same owner. The owner is a horrible person who just know how to suck your blood and use you as long as you work with him. His HR team is fooling and lying to employees.They keep dragging on small small things. Zero transparency.
I still curse the day I decided to work with them. If you want a stress free life avoid them rest is upto you.

commentI'm working with this company since 2008 I'm GC holder
I got my pay ontime along with all my travel expenses I heard from my colleagues who are in H1B that this company treats them well
I was working as slave with my previous company to get my gc So compare it to them Supreme Tech is far better

commentI got to see reviews about STS
I would definitely want point out couple of things here
1. STS helped to come out from critical situation by processing my LCA and i140 at the right time. Otherwise I would have gone back to my country
2. This is the only company where with me during this situation
I'm not worried about how much I make or how they manage But helping consultants during hard time matters more than anything else
STS helped me I strongly believe STS is one of trustworthy

commentI have been working with this company for 3 1/2 years after my graduation
I got trained in ATG and got placed with one of big retail clients thu prime vendor
Till date I have had no issues I have been paid very high and I got my salary ontime My labor has been approved and waiting for further process
Yes I had some problem in getting responses immediately But not as bad that has been exaggerated by negative reviews here
Please do not go by negative review This company is far better than any other desi companies

commentLike to share unpleasant experience working with this desi company, many times they keep you in dark and never make the deal transparent, keep your money as buffer.. No proper response when you need any help with any paper work from management.

commentIt may not be the best company but the reviews out here are bit exaggerated. A decent desi consulting company. They give a much better billing compared to other desi companies and are less hassle free compared to other desi consulting companies.

commentI have been with Supreme Tech for 5 years I would say its petty decent company to work with. I have been paid higher than market value My perm and I140 has been filed on time and got approved
Off course I'm not 100% defending but far better than other IT consulting companies
All companies has issues only problem that I have faced is getting response. Turn around time is more Admin people are getting changed very often

commentThere are few thing that's really Annoying me in this company but yes only thing they would do is, pay on time; that's it...can't expect anything more from them; Problems..I'm facing in this company.
1. They never fulfill the promise and turn there back,
2. They hold your money saying buffer amount (totally annoying), so that they can handle & hold you whenever they like to.
3. Poor management they don't know how to handle the things,they always depend on that Stupid guy(Satya) to respond even a simple thing.
4. No Increment, when you talked about it, they'll ignore you totally.
5. Every time new people in office administration bcoz of this stupid cheap guy attitude (work more, paid less system).
6. They say starting your GC process soon after joining but never starts it.

commentWant to share my bad experience, so that others shouldn't suffer the pain after joining this Desi company, it's horrible place to work with this peoples, No Good experience to tell about this Company, Faced lots of difficult times with them, they will do many fall promise then they would turn there back and never do that, i'd working for complete one year they just make the 1 $ increment that too with 100 calls and 50 emails, most cunning and stingy fellow, he will die making any increments and his company focused more to catch OPT guys for making good money ... Not suggestible to join.
