I have worked for supremesoft for 2 years. This company has never run paychecks for its H1b employees on bench. Even they run the paycheck they never deposit the amount into the account of the consultant on that month. They will delay it by 6-8 months and give an explanation that company is in financial crisis. They do not have any inhouse accounting product on which 20-30 LCA's were applied between 2014-2017 and have brought foreign workers into USA on H1b. They fake PO or SOW during H1 application and never full fill their PO. They have 1 room office and do not follow OPT training model. Never pay their employees on time. Their h1 approval rate for F1 to H1 is 10%. He cheats trainer by not paying any money. USCIS needs to investigate into H1 fraud committed by this company. The company charges H1b money from students and from overseas.

Don’t trust any one in this company. They try to suck as much as possible from your payroll. All positives comments below made by their staff.

Stay away Stay away. Don’t ever think to join. Save yourself.

Thank you siva sir for helping me out in my H1 transfer and delivering me to a very good client. I owe you and your team a lot for giving me a helping hand at the time when it is most required. You have been to your word and reimbursed my travel and other expenses. Thank you for your personal attention in spite of you being busy most of the time. I will definitely recommend you as one of the best employer as you are so down to earth even after graduating from IVY league schools.

Been with this company from 3 years, they have always paid on time and stood to their word. They paid timely bonus and generous relocation assistance. They have few direct clients and good vendor network. Very good marketing team for Atlassian products, java, .net and devops.My only suggestion is to negotiate for group health insurance premium with company. Good luck and wish you grow into CMMI level 5 company in next 5 years.

I have been with this company for last 2 years. They are good. Monthly twice payment. Only thing i request is to improve their recruitment team. Placement is very quick once joined. Pay always on time. Relocation allowance.good. I recommend CEO.

One of the worst company in my career, they threaten you of cancelling H1B if you go to visit india, you won't get visa stamoing and H1B approval, They don't pay properly. If you want to save your self don't join. The Hr in the company is an **hole.
