Hello All,

I am former employee i would like to share my experience with SP Teks which is parent company to supersoft

This company is located at 830 E Higgins Rd Ste #111, Schaumburg, IL 60173

The managing director Satya his wife Pranitha is very very bad family, He is money eater. They are running this business to cheat people and making money with them
He will talk with his employees with abusing words won't give respect toward his employers also before getting H1B he will talk nice words after you get H1B he will play lot of drams and scripts

He never shares pay checks with his employers
He will collect money for himself as a tax
without any contract he won't pay salary for one month
if you want to talk with anything related to issues his manner is different, always talking with his employs in irritating manner


I never seen like this people who are talking in this way

Please do not join with this consultancy otherwise you may loose your future.

I have enrolled in suprasoft for a year. I have to say it was a horrible experience. The companies CEO/President has shown very aggressive behavior towards his consultants. He has no fitness to manage his company, his lack of motivation toward his work has proved him as someone you cant count on. He has also show signs of throwing aggression while communicating without maintaining any lucidity. I had a very unpleasant experience work with Suprasoft as a consultant. Apart from that the marketing team was a little polite and were motivated towards their work. No matter how motivated they were they dint make my ends meet. I would definitely recommend all the students and consultants to stay away from Suprasoft don't even give a chance of considering. It is a toxic environment.

This is the worst company to work with. Before sending all the documents, they agreed on a rate, after receiving documents (Resume, DL, Official references and Passport information) giving confirmation on a different rate. If you ask them they don't respond.
