The only reason I am here with this corp is, there is only a "Least/No gap between commitment and action". I've been here for last eight months and had no trouble in terms of getting paid on time or handling immigration affairs behind the scene. Everything was taken care in a timely and a highly professional manner with full transparency and pro active communication. Placement mechanism is outstanding. I am not saying others companies are not. But this is an all rounder corp to work and rely for. Dependable. This review reflects my personal experience in last eight months to date with this company as of writing this.

Please dont dare to join Sunmerge systems, salaried not paid ontime, no response after placement. Employment is based on bong agreement. Employer will threaten us if we are leaving him, either we should pay $20,000 or receive notice from advocate. More over you will lose your last month pay.
OPT/CPT students please dont ruin your career joining Sunmerge.

I dont feel like the reviews posted in this site for this company are correct.

Good and Bad about this company in short,

Good :Good management, support, trainings

Bad: Misleading on the choosing of technology as they dont have proper team to give counseling( Ofcourse that is not intentional but they dont have capacity to do it), Marketing is bad, Payment issues( If you leave the job, they dont pay you last month pay), and they do break the promises of filing GC or H1.

But If you take every word in writing from them, they are good enough to join.

we can't say any company Excellent unless until its your own or known(means Ur brothers r sister company) company .
am working with this company from last 3 years . am so happy when ever i complete my assignment immediately i have new Offer in my hand some times only it'll take 2 weeks but Most of the times i got new assignment immediately.i don't know who write that comment reg this company.may it happen with 1 or 2 members i'll agree bcoz if there is 200 to 300 members working with this company so it may happen with 1 r 2 ppl but it'll not happen to all the people if then why all the sr.consultants stay with this company. any how i can say only one thing from my end that i got break with this company.

i feel better bcoz i spent 3 mnths in one consultancy on bench after coming to Sunmerge i got project with in 15 days .training is good . and coming to Marketing team they all are lot of exp in this field if u give any type of resume they'll please that guy with in 20days . this type of marketing team u can't find anywhere in US as per knowledge. am really happy with this company. before joining this company i read some bad reviews regarding this company but one of my friend refer me that this one is Good i hope now i feel i reach right place .

The marketing of this company is really great.This company is really good in DOTNET and ORACLE DBA training and they also help in providing job assistance. One more good thing is they pay the salary on time.
