commentI worked with this company for an year and my project was completed in mid of Feb 2018 and i moved to bench. The employer told me that she is not going to provide the pay stubs for the resource who is not in project and they keep on asking me the time sheets for Feb 2018 month to get their invoice get cleared. So I decided not to provide the time sheets until i get my pay stubs from them. Then they started harassing me by saying that "we will revoke the H1B if you are not going to give the time sheets", but i stick to my decision,and finally they dropped an email last week that they terminated my employment from Feb 1st 2018.
And regarding the salary part they will pay as per LCA and for the bonus amount you have to call them for couple of months and they are least bothered to respond.
Really horrible company to work with and I am approaching labor department to get my pay stubs and service certificate.
