I got surprised to see the too much negative reviews on Scube inc. I totally disagree with those reviews, as per my experience is concerned Subhashini Software Solutions is a reasonably good company, but small company. Srinivas is very polite and responsive.

I have been working as QA Analyst from last 18 months with Subhashini Software Solutions inc, I don't see any issues so far. This is a small company , but reasonably good company to work with in the early stage of career.

This company has a big problem with paying its consultant/contractor and they are terrible with payment of your hours. Plus, they will rob you of your hours be quite on point with them paying. They also will not pay you for outstanding hours once your contract has ended. The worst agency that I have not had the pleasure of working for at all. Please steer completely away from this company at all cost.
Since their only one person and that's Sreenivas Oruganti. My advice would be for you to really look in the mirror and see what you really are.

Note: I forgot to mention Omnisoft Inc, a sister company to this one is also same as these two companies are owned by the same person ( Srinivas Oruganti).

This is a worst company. Not only this, it has another sister company called Subhashini Software Solutions Inc(Scube Inc),Which is also worst.Srinivas Oruganti is the Owner,lawyer,recruiter,accontant,payroll runner etc. He is the only one in the company who works in USA.He has couple of Guys in India(Hyderabad) whom he says marketing Team.
There is nothing to tell about these two very small fake companies. There are around 7-9 employees,including both the companies working as of now.Srinivas does the tom and jerry with these companies while applying h1b extensions...
It's all trail and error process, If you are Dam lucky you will get the approval other wise you will be in deep problem.
Please don't trust these gully consulting companies....

This is fake company. The owner Srinivas Oruganti is a Chor. He tells all lies. He never runs payroll in-time and never pays the salary in-time.This company has hardly 5-6 consultant working. Joining this chors company is like committing Suicide. Please don't join.
I forgot to mention this chor owns another fake company called Omnisoft Inc.Get far away from these two block listed companies.
