Strategic Systems a big fake consultancy they take lakhs of rupees to file the H1 and they will not file it if you ask they will say all stories. The trick they play is fake refences and they will show case there previous history and ask us to pay alot of money, but the fact is the new Management is fraud people.... I spoke to some of there past employees they told consultancy will not pay salaries on time and they will hold atleast 3 months of your salary as a security.... some of them got visa denials and they do not support... I think if we see there online reputation and procced further then its a big mistake and we will stuck with our money and at last we will loss our hard earned money.

Stay away!!

Hi Everyone!

I have worked for the company for several years and it is a good company to work for.They pay on time, provide great Health Insurance and assist in every way they can. I have personally referred at least two of my friends and they joined the company and happy with it. Never had any issues with the company.Highly recommend the company.

I am a current employee of Strategic System Inc and they are very well organized with Pay (Fixed pay dates, direct deposit) and never miss the payments and company provides very good Health insurance. Very happy with the company. No issues faced so far.

Good company to work with. Very sincere and systematic with health benefits.

Marketing is a little bad, but if you have the skills, it is not a big deal.

Very good reputation, with ohio fastest growing company award 2009.
