commentI am working with for the last two years and till now I never faced any issues with Spruce.
One of the good thing I found with Spruce is , they will commit only what they can do. They will never try to give any false statements to employees.
They had initiated the GC process and update me on each step and my i140 is now approved. I really appreciate their efforts.
Another good thing with Spruce is that they will never try to hire or place anyone who is not technically strong. They will wait to get the real candidates and will be placed with the clients.
I strongly recommend Spruce to all my friends and who all looking to a trustful employer.

commentHere is my honest review about my experience with Spruce. I had a situation to go back to india when my visa tranfer denied. At that time i had 3 weeks to find a new employer prior to my I94 expiry which is when I approached Spruce through one of my friend. Luckily Spruce had an open position with one of the govt client in pennsylvania and helped with setting up with an interview slot in the second week and by the EOD second week i had confirmation about my selection from the client side, but i have no time left to stay and file the H1 transfer even in premium. However due to good relationship with client Spruce procured client letter and got an Approval for my H1b Petition. With in a month time I started working at the client place. They honestly said they will tryto bring me back to US and they did it.
Promised pay and biweekly pay without fail so far unlike other cheap bodyshopping consultancies.
They even filed my i140 and i have an approved i140 by march 2020, while i joined the company in Oct 2018.
All the communications are transparent so far.
I recommend Spruce for anyone looking for a honest consulting firm.

commentI am a full time employee in Spruce. Have kept up their promise of filing GC within a month of joining. My labor application (PERM) is approved. I had also got an RFE (H1B) and they left no stone unturned to clear it (by providing strong documentation). They deal with a very reputed law firm.
They handle all the matters transparently and most importantly they proactively give us regular updates on any task they take up (e.g:- GC processing etc). We need not follow up with them. The management is very friendly and easily reachable.
I strongly recommend others to join Spruce Infotech.

I came to US through offshore company but unfortunately they laid off and I just had one months’ time for my visa expiry, I contacted Spruce InfoTech, Inc. through one of my friend’s reference and they got me a new project in just 8 business days and initiated H1b transfer and now I am a happy Full Time employee of Spruce InfoTech, Inc. commentI am H1-B visa holder joined Spruce Infotech as a full time employer 10 months back, Company benefits including the medical insurance is very good and they are very transparent in all the initiatives they take with respect to visa process, transfers and GC process initiatives are taken with respect, You can believe in them and the administration process they follow.
They are very open minded understands the problems of the employees and easy to communicate management, which you will not find with other companies so easily.

commentI am H1-B visa holder who joined Spruce Infotech as a full time employer 11 months back ,with less than an year remaining in my 6 year Visa .I had very less time since my previous companies did not initiate my GC process by that time.
Spruce started GC process on day 1 and successfully got PERM and I-140 approved within 11 months of time which helped me getting the H1B extension beyond 6 years of limit
The team worked with the immigration team (law firms) very closely to make sure all the necessary steps are done .
All the details of steps in GC process were shared and updated to me on a timely basis .
H1B transfer was also approved very quickly (2-3) days when I moved to Spruce.
Spruce Infotech is a great place to work ! And I will recommend Spruce infotech to others.
