Had a nice experience with this employer worked for 5+ years. Owner is very honest person. I have never heard any company conducts conference calls with all the employees at the same time. Keeps the information open between employees.I think he is very careful with money that might have caused negative feedback. In IT consulting as every one knows that employee has more alternatives than employer, my advice would be to find the employer of your choice if you don't like the employer. Even this website puts a disclaimer that most of the feedback on employers is negative. How the entire world of employers can be wrong? if they are wrong how they can work with so many people particularly when the employee has more choices than employer?
