- 1/9/2020 - Do they ask to pay a security deposit amount while filing the H1b visa? and then it is refundable in 6 months after joining ?
Also if yes, what is the probability that the visa gets approved ? -

commentI have had very good experience with SolutionIT. Although the process took long-time, it is definitely worth. They took two US technical practise interviews and then shortlisted my Profile. I Spoke to couple of onsite W2 Employees and got very positive feedback from them. Thankyou Guys!!

commentHello - I've got very good experience , filed H1b for the year 2017 & 2018. Unfortunately in 2017, my case was not picked up in the lottery without any follow-up SolutionIT team immediately transferred the amount to my account. I was really surprised and thru out the process they shared all the Info. I applied again in 2018 , waiting for the results. Happy to work with you Guys!!

commentSolution IT shared me the details of Each step in the H-1B Cap process. They communicate you all the time on your Application Status. They shared me the FedEx ID for tracking my application Delivery Status. My Application not picked up in the lottery and they shared Lottery Acknowledgement Colored copy received from Direct USCIS.

comment I am working with SolutionIT from 4 years. I never had any problems with them. SolutionIT Team has excellent track record for employee benefits. After knowing about some horrible stories about other companies, SolutionIT is definitely the best consulting company in treating its employees.
Management is very approachable. HR / Admin is very quick to respond.

commentSolution IT cheated me and my friend saying they will apply H1 and later said application not picked, I don't have any proof that they filled or not, if I ask any proof they kept postponing and latter started blocking my calls. I just saw this fraud company job posting again for H1B sponsorship avoid this unprofessional consultancy, I got fooled by seeing their reviews in other portals all are fake like them!!

commentThis is purely fake company they will charge you $5000 for your H1b sponsorship, and will never share anything with you and at the end they will say sorry you didn't get your name in lottery in know 10 people who filled their H1b last year with them i am one of that 10 person, no body got selected in the lottery how it can happen!! may govt should take action on this consultancy..
Some case is going on in India with their recruiter "Rob" that's his fake name and this guy is a no 1 cheat!! aviod this consultancy I dont want you to be a victim like me nd my friends. thnks
