commentSoftware Global Ltd is the shadiest company I have ever dealt with in a long time. The owner is duping everybody and never responds to any phone calls or emails. Be careful, do not join them and stay away from them.

commentI have been working for this company from past 1 year. Software global has no direct client base. They will not pay for bench time. They won't market employee profile. Employee himself has to upload in job portals and answer the calls. They provide very basic salary for initial 6 months. If it takes 3 months to get a job then you have to wait for 9 months to get better salary. Even in high cost of living cities like Newyork, California they pay you the same salary. Good part is they will explain this in INDIA, but you will feel all people around getting very good salaries. This is one of the reason people go out of the company within 3 months. Biggest part here is Software Global will not provide Pay Stubs. You can check across the country this is the only company which will not provide pay stubs for 2 years. You cannot take any loans here, you may not be able apply a credit card or take a vehicle loan until you switch the company. Company exists from past 12 years, but employee strength will not be more than 20. Because all people will quit within 6 months. I have seen a guy who went back to India, because they didn't find any project for him. They won't pay the money you paid after 1 year.Employer will not provide any help during interview or any other queries. I have seen many to get threaten emails/calls because they switch companies. Sometimes employees will get attorney notice also. You can still apply job here to come US, but please try to switch company/consultancy as early as possible.

Nice people to work with, had great experience working with the team.
Nice team environment and helpful, learned new things working with this company and they were strict on what they wanted for their client.

I have worked for more than a year at this company and there is no employee named after this reviewer in this company. Please do not mislead people with fake reviews.

commentI have a good relation with this company from almost 10 years, was there with them for 3 years in 2007 and joined hands again in 2013. learnt many things and grown along with it.i saw many people are happy with their process.
got feedback from many people that while processing Visas for candidates they are taking at most care which is less in majority of companies as per them. here they will give in time updates and at the time of tamping also take maximum care by providing all documents and arranging chats with previous employees, mock interviews etc.

commentSmall company, but had freedom to work and explore. In my experience i found that whenever approached to higher management go the positive response on any issues. In time payments and saw financial support for some people when no job
no majority issues found while working and if went to president with any disturbances he will listen and take advices from employees and try to work on it and try to do best service to the employees

Had excellent support and good environment to learn.
Had a chance to make a difference using the technology .
I would like to come back and work for this project and company after I finish my research.
- 2/20/2017 - I do not know who this guy is as I worked for this company more than a year.
But, I know about the project he has mentioned. This is the fake project used to file H1 LCA's. -

commentWorked with 2 other companies before joining Software Global.
Experience here is better than the other two, lot of things are common, it all depends on how I understood different aspects of the job.
No matter, this company is upfront about the terms and conditions.
You just need to ask for the interested topics.
They did my labor process and it was completed in 5 months, surprised. The lawyer gave me a hell before the process started but the process completed way ahead of what I was thinking.
I am happy here and recommend my friends here

commentUnfortunately this company has all cons as listed below
- It does not have any clients.
- No marketing team.
- Most important, you would not be given Health insurance.
- Do not be surprised to get threaten by the employer to revoke your petition. It happened with most of the employees.
- They will threaten and black mail to sing a legal bond, so that you would not be able to go to new employer.
- You would be lucky if you get paid even you work on project.
Means, most of the time you would not get paid.
- By chance if you get paid, you would not get pay stubs ( which are necessary for H1 transfer to new employer)
- Absolutely zero support in all matters. They would not care about any thing except the money they can make out of you by any or all means.
- No one will respond to calls or emails even in emergencies.
- You need to find client for your self, work and have to make money to the company, which may not or may pay penny out of it i.e LCA rate.
This is perfectly illegal to run company like this according to the laws of US department of Labor, Occupational Safety & Health Administration, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, USCIS and other state agencies which governs the safety of employees.
This company and the guy Seenappa Poola who owns this should be prosecuted and filed criminal charges against him, for violation of the immigration laws and other laws of the departments stated above.
These are unbiased facts of the company and intention of this review is to help other people who may become victims of this company.

commentThis is one of the worst company to work with. No ethics no work policies. You will become a bonded slave here. did I say "Bonded Labor" you heard it right. ha ha ha
I would say life sucks with this company. I have never seen a company like this in my whole carrier.
if you want to be in deep S*** you can join this company. they don't pay you properly and hold PAY STUBS. Let me repeat again they hold PAY STUBS. If you are with a family that is it you are done. Only God can help you. They don't provide medical insurance also. Even though they pay you LCA wages, then also they wont pay your medical insurance. They want to make only money. If you are badly need of something, no one picks your call all the times. Every time you need to call these guys for your pay stubs and they never respond. You will be a beggar here for months. It is confirmed
There are two more Buffoons in India. They don't even know what happens here and they give you all wrong information. They Pretend as if they know everything. They will ask you to sign a bond for 12 months. This is where story starts.
You don't even know how much you are being paid and what is the bill rate you are on. They put you in dark. Every time accountant tells a story and all calculations are fake.
They don't have any direct client and you have to market yourself and they don't pay a single penny even though u don't get a job for months here. If you have any commitments in India you have to sell your property which you purchased.
This company is doing all illegal things which is against standard labor laws.
Conclusion: If you want to be in Deep s*** then join this company.

BEWARE OF FRAUD AND CHEATING COMPANY
I have never seen such worst company in my life.
They never pay in proper time. Even you get 120$ per hour they will pay only 25$ per hour.
They will treat employee as slaves, I mean it. They don't have direct clients, they don't have marketing team. And they will not respond you for any query.
Most of the applications will go to RFE and you have to depend on God to get approve.
Seenappa poola treat you as a slave and he will show his attitude towards every employee.
Room they provides that sucks. It is not having basic furniture, lights.. nothing.
Worst part is they never provide you PAY STUBS. They says if we provide pay stubs then you may change the company. WTF. This is literally illegal.
Please my friends you will face lot of mental pressure to work with them.
Kindly try to avoid this consultancy until you want a career suicide.
Here nobody cares. Nothing but cheating every step. They will just deposit money to your account and we are not sure it is legal or we are paying proper taxes.
Your life totally sucks if you join this Jaffa company.
BE AWARE MY FRIENDS..
I am posting this with lot of frustration. Please do avoid this company.

He does not understand business expenses.
There are two people who violated agreements and he is one of those two.
We will resolve it either non legal or legal way.
We know who they are, we can find out for sure through legal process. -
