I joined this company in July of 2017. I got laid off from my previous job and I found smart Deck thru referral. They supported me every step of the way and found me a job within 2 weeks and transfer my visa. They applied and got it approved without and rfe. They have been prompt on payments. I did not have any problems. I was lucky enough to get placed with their own client. Owner of the company is very friendly and nice guy.

I been with them for almost 19 months now..very prompt on payments and they kept their side of bargain. They filed my H1b in 2017 quota and i got an RFE and they were able to reply promptly and get it approved for 3 years. Looking forward to getting my I140 approved soon....
