I am working for Silicon Tech Solutions, Inc for about 2 years now and currently working at their client Facebook and on H1B visa with Silicon Tech.

Pros: Very good treatment of Employees, Good Support for New Joiners. On time Payment and on time Green Card Processing.

As the other employee commented, Smooth On-boarding process and great working environment.

I've been working for this firm for the past 4 years and they are a genuine business. Upper Management is highly knowledgeable in what they do and the salary to employees are made ontime. They give personal attention to each of the staffs and therefore the employee retention is very high. Employee satisfaction rate is excellent and Most of the IT consultants here continuing with this firm since a long time.

Worst management as they will play politics with in. All the employers are working from home and don't know for how many companies are they working. CEO who is working in US doesn't know anything as he will depends on a Woman( I can't disclose her name). She doesn't know what Sales people will do but she needs to monitor everyone. She will handle paper work for every consultant when they got placed.

All visa status which they are provided are Fake. Did you get it Fake visa.

I have worked with the company for 3-4 months. They are making experience and fake visa copies of the consultants. They market every consultant visa as GC EAD as their original visa status is OPT EAD. DOB and DL also fake. Total company is working like this and the CEO doesn't even know whats going in the process.

Mark my words you will know once you will ask them for previous H1B or I9 for the consultant.

They will hire Sales Recruiters after few months they will implement as they wish. I don't know how they are marketing like this. For that reason I'm keeping this post which help the recruiters to find genuine consultants in the job market.
