It has been seven years since I joined Shivam as a Masters Graduate in 2009 looking for career opportunities. 7 years down the line I am so happy with my Experience at Shivam that I would like to take an opportunity to share my review on Shivam Infotech. I would like to breakdown my review into 5 key parameters:

Immigration: Shivam always made me feel secure by handling all my immigration services in the most professional way, be it H1B or H1B extension or PERM and GC etc. Shivam leverages highly competent Law firm for all its immigration services and provides access to Attorney if needed, for any questions and concerns you might have.

Training: Shivam's focus area is Systems and Network Engineering/Administration. It offers training in those domains that I am aware of. For other technology training options, you may have to consult them directly and discuss.

Marketing and Placement: Shivam has direct contacts with many Clients, Vendors and employs a very efficient recruiting and marketing team to help you find project in 2 weeks or less in most cases. Shivam provides guidance when working on your resume if you are a Fresher.

Payments and Benefits: Shivam has been very prompt with payments through out my years with the company. It runs bi-weekly payrolls and makes direct-deposit to your account. You can always expect your pay a day or two earlier, but never a day late. That has been my experience with them so far on this front.

Communication and Response: Shivam's President will directly address any concerns you have. She has always been there whenever I needed any advise or help or had any concern.

I highly recommend my Employer Shivam Infotech to others. I referred my own friends and family members who joined Shivam and are happy with it. The nice thing about Shivam is, it has delivered everything that I was promised when I joined the company. I recommend to discuss your goals, career objectives and aims with Shivam when you join and if you put in a decent effort from your side along with what Shivam has to offer you, a growth-oriented career is there for taking. This company will hire you as a full time employee and they said we will process your H1 and GC but they will fire you as soon as your project is done. And they also delay a semi month paid.
