commentIt was a great opportunity to work with Saras America. The HR & admin team properly guided me in obtaining my work visa. The company provided me with accommodation facilities prior to my project placements. The project team was very friendly and supportive. Everyone was open to new ideas and suggestions. I got of a lot of opportunities to learn while working with the company. Pay and benefits were competitive. I got a good exposure by working with the company.

commentIt was a great opportunity to work with Saras America. I have worked with Saras for more than 9 years. The core team at Saras is always very supportive of all the questions and concerns you may have during on boarding or while ramping up a new assignment. Unlike majority of the IT companies out there, Saras has been honest in delivering what it promised to deliver in terms of pay, benefits etc. It allowed me to focus on my core strength while letting me explore other areas of interest wherever and whenever there was an opportunity.

commentI have been working for SarasAmerica for almost 2 years now and honestly had no issues so far. I was little apprehensive about how things would go with Saras when I started my first assignment, however everything worked out really well, Management kept all their promises. Whatever we had agreed upon, was done accordingly.

The work culture, the management provided ample space for my personal as well as professional growth. The team always moved in sync with providing the best resolution to every problems arising in day to day business. Pay and benefits are competitive.. The management was excellent to work for; they were encouraging and concerned for everyone who is looking for an opportunity. Payment is regular without any delay. commentI have very positive experience with Saras America. I Joined Saras end of 2013 and came to America with E3 Visa from Australia. The HR & Admin team guided me very professionally in obtaining my US work visa. There are dedicated technical mentors who helped me to understand the US project needs. The Finance & HR, Technical and Sales team are very efficient and cooperative. I was assigned from project to project with minimal downtime. I had an opportunity to meet the President who is a nice person and gives lot of helpful advice.
Saras America is a very good and reliable company to work with. I would recommend Saras America for those who are interested in dynamic environment with the best in the IT industry sector in US.

This is just a recruiting company who fakes as if they have big software solution to develop
They give false info and charge 20-30% from your salary to bring e3 visa
They don't pay on time they keep half of your salary as bonus
when you try to leave they will not pay the balance
Be careful am talking specific to e3 visa
This is just a visa fraud

• We also pay quarterly bonuses as per performance and productivity on client projects.
It is hard to satisfy an employee who have entitlement mindset with below par skills. All we can say to them is to grow up and be mature of the job needs, to have a good work ethic and be a true Professional.

commentI have been working with Saras America from 2008 and its been a fruitful and engaging experience so far. The size of the company is opt enough to be neither too small nor too large. The best thing I like about the firm is that you can get in touch with any management team members easily and converse with them with no bureaucracy.
There are dedicated Technical Mentors who will help consultant shape their career and HR who would take care of their personnel needs. The renumeration and incentives are tailor-made for each consultant based on their contribution and expectation rather than mass package. Let it be Sales team, legal team or everyday Office operations, they have excellent people who help the employees out on their needs.
Being here for about 7 years, I would recommend this company to any people who are looking for jumppad to IT career or to continue it forward to next level.

commentIt’s been really nice work with Saras America Inc.. I’m enjoying it.
They are very professional, from the interview phase where I did have five or six interviews, from the support provided by them to apply for the visa, that’s an E3. Once here in USA,
I was living in their guest house up to when I have started to work, was a really nice house.
Saras staff are really friendly, prompt and helpful at any time I had questions or needed help.
The environment is totally multi-cultural and where I have made friendship with others employees. The marketing/sales team is really good, they have assigned me a project at one of their good clients matching my skills. I also never had problem with my salary, they always pay on the right scheduled day. I have met the owner that is a very serious and has good character.
I recommend Saras to anyone looking for work in a dynamic environment with the best in the IT industry sector in US.

commentHave been working with Saras for past 5 years and never had any problems with my paychecks, Work Visa, Insurance, Paperwork, etc.
This is a professional company with good experienced professionals, managing individual departments very well.They go above and beyond to address any concerns you have and are very quick to respond on anything you request.
The managers follow up on you and your work and always inquire if there are any issues or help needed.
They have provided crucial support during my visa interview and were very prompt to send any documents required.
Overall this is a very good company to work with if you genuinely want to pursue better prospects unlike other consulting companies out there.

commentIn my experience working with Saras America, I found the company and staff to be highly employee focused, willing to put in that extra work, address all questions and make suitable changes for the employee. They have a very good marketing team able to get excellent opportunities and billing rates for their consultants. Their contacts are spread across the country, so ample job opportunities and a good reputation in the market. Proactive and detail oriented when it comes to visa and green card process. Any immigration related paperwork is transparent and moves smoothly. Good health insurance, will try their best to meet your location and billing preferences. Overall, it is a company that understands and values it's consultants, has made a smart choices of technologies with a skilled workforce, and is able to get its consultants the best in terms of quality of work and earnings.

commentSaras people are bunch of lairs. They treat you like a king while hiring, after that they dont care. Company couldn't hold its employees, it has lots of mess.
They ask money for everything, but dont return anything. Sales team is also very bad, dont have ethics.
I would say, STAY AWAY.

commentMessed up with my immigration so I had to come back to India. Screwed my life never suggest anyone to this company. No payroll on time.

We have no employees whom we applied a US based visa with the name “Harsha” in 2013.
Moreover there are no employees of ours who left US till date due to immigration issues. Our employees immigration issues are handled with utmost care.
The company cannot be held responsible for employees who have quit without notice and have fallen into immigration problems after leaving Saras America.
