Its been almost 7 years working with RST solutions. Its dynamic and employee friendly. Even though its smaller than previous fortune 500 company where I worked but I do enjoy working here as well. It invests on improving employees' skills and provides opportunity to grow.

Open door policy to directly talk to management for anything and flexibility helps.

The new office is beautiful!!!
