When u talk to RJT for joining, JP will talk really well and give you a very rosy picture of life in RJT. Training is very basic and won't make u competitive in the market.
The worst part comes when they market you. They quote very high prices from vendors, so getting a job is very tough. I cleared a lot of interviews and the vendors say I join in 2 weeks. Later when I don't hear back , I call them and they say RJT is quoting a very high and it won't work for them. Not one but many vendors and friends said the same about RJT. Their priority is money and not people. They do not support you in any immigration matters. If you ask them a letter regarding you employment etc, they will never do it for you. They always say you are on your own. If you need anything, they will always ask you to sign papers to protect them, once you do it, you will not hear back from them.

Regarding pay, they tell you they will $1,000 when you don't have a project, don't believe that until you really receive the money. I did not get the money they promised for many months

Bottom line, having been there I would not advise anyone to join RJT. There are a lot more other companies that are more trustworthy,reliable, and will stand by you
You may hear 1 -2 cases that are successful with RJT, but if you are a student on OPT, don't go to RJT, they will use you for the 29 OPT months and then they will let you go. This happened to me and a lot of my friends.
