They call constantly call you job offers then never hear from you. I think they are only building databases of people who need job for their inventory. A lot of job start up agencies do this. The inventory is worth a lot to them. This way they can pitch to employers that they can find a perfect candidate to their company.

So far they call and call and wasted my time

1) they they call are very nice and sound like they want to get you the job. They even tell you to wait for phone interview at certain time, and they never call you back. When i tried to reach them explaining that i waited at 4pm for the call, no one has the courtesy of explaining or apologize or at lest reply. All i get is silence.

Then two weeks latter another one call me with the same BS.
If i were you, i wont waste my time with this people. Their main phone number goes to a voicemail that is full. They probably located in India.

Dont even bother. Use your time doing productive job search instead of wasting it with these people
