commentGreat benefits, hands on training, very competitive pay rates and the people are just great! The corporate culture is relaxed while there is a major feeling of being a part of a team. The company mission statement is clear and it seems that all employees really are there to help people in their own way. Expectations and goals are high but the support is present to help all employees achieve set goals. Management wants to help their teams succeed.

commentThis is one of the best desi owned company I have worked for. They are very prompt on payment, dealing and ethical. Once the contract is done between you and them, they honor it. Unlike many others who back track their promises. They were transparent on GC process as well.

commentThe environment is very different as compared to other organizations. Yes, you have to do your work but alongside you also do have alot of fun.There is plenty to learn and the learning does not stop.But along with that you also learn about yourself as to how much you can push yourself to achieve your goal. The people around are very friendly and helpful and go out of their way to help you out incase of any difficulty.The higher authorities too are very approachable if you have any doubt. The Fun Friday celebrations are something to look forward too. They are very innovative and fun every week.
