commentI have been working with PVK Corporation for almost 3 years and below is how I felt so far.
Organization and Operations:
Pvk corporation crew is well diverse in terms of their knowledge towards the industry and the way they operate the organization. The visions and planning towards the company and employees are commendable. This company has a great way of housekeeping their operations by having a unique department and a point of contact for each service they provide to their employees and clients.
Immigration:
Being an Indian origin Immigrant living in the U.S.A, immigration is very important to techies like me. Not to exaggerate but Pvk corporation and its immigration team nails it down like champs. Their documentation is solid and to the point, more importantly, the level of transparency right from preparing the application through all phases of approval is outstanding. Who does not like to be told and proofread, about an application that’s going to decide their career in a country like the U.S.A
Another important fact that I would like to mention is the timely filing of green cards. If during the initial commitments if a company promises to file your GC, they make sure to do it a few months ahead of their promise without any follow-up from us. Isn’t that surprisingly helpful??
On-Boarding & Services:
Like I mentioned earlier, having a dedicated team for each operation, my onboarding went smooth.
One other thing to highlight most is their employee portal where you can do all sorts of actions like view and download all the documents starting with an offer letter, immigration notices, and approval notices in addition to being able to submit the payroll. So, there are NO multiple follow-ups in the emails or through calls for your documents, they are all there at all the time for you to download with a single click.

Couple of times I didn't paid on time, But that due to the vedor payments delayed. I have process my green card thru this company. I have my LCA and 140's done and waiting for the priority date.
