Prosoft is owned by Raman Tripathy. It is one man show. would sponsor will H1b quickly. He will lie about greencard. Don't trust, believe on that. Otherwise, Prosoft is good or ok. Pay is on time. Rate is reasonable-little low than normal IT com. Treats people fairly and not in rate and sponsoring.
Good things: Personal relation, pay on time, ok rate/salary. Not very bad company.
Not good things: Delay in greencard/lie one after another. Difficult to salary increase.
