This is by far the worst company i have ever heard of. If anyone of you is an employee of this company or trying to be working for the company its a BIG NOOOO....

They involve any ALL THE POSSIBLE illegal activities. They do not give you any pay check. They will not share your VISA approval letters with you and keep it themselves. Which provides them a wonderful opportunity to take you as a hostage. Once you start working with this company that is end of your career. You do not get ANY opportunity to leave this employer as they would not give you any legal documentation to prove your VISA status in United States. I know people who got $1 as their bi-weekly pay. Imagine working in a professional IT job and got stuck with such a horrible employer. I still wonder why USCIS haven't taken any action on such an illegal organization.

Most importantly the HR team does close to nothing though they knew their management is deeply involved in all sort of illegal activities. I came to know from one of the employer of Peoples Premium. They would never get to see their paycheck. The only thing the HR would send them is a screenshot with out employee name. If someone questions their actions they will be threatened to revoke their VISA. They can't even change this horrible employer as the employee would neither have a copy of their work permit or a valid paycheck.
